IPH Micro Routine

5–8 minutes | Joint‑friendly | Minimal effective dose

A short movement routine for days you don’t train in person.

The IPH Micro Routine includes two simple versions you can rotate between as needed. Each session takes just a few minutes and is designed to help you move better, stay consistent, and reduce stiffness—without fatigue or soreness.

This is not a workout you need to “push through.” It’s movement hygiene.

IPH Cardio Days

20–45 minutes | Sustainable conditioning | Low risk

A collection of joint‑friendly cardio templates for days you want to build or maintain conditioning without beating yourself up.

This program includes multiple cardio options—steady pace and light intervals—that can be performed on the equipment of your choice (walking, bike, elliptical, rower, etc.). The focus is sustainability, not intensity.

No sprints. No pressure. Just structured movement that supports your health and training.

IPH Mobility Days

Structured mobility routines designed to reduce stiffness, improve joint function, and support long‑term movement quality.

These sessions are calm, controlled, and pain‑free by design. You’ll choose the routine that best matches how your body feels that day.

This is not aggressive stretching. It’s intelligent mobility work that fits real bodies.

IPH Strength Support Day (60 min)

Full‑body | Joint‑friendly | For current IPH clients

A comprehensive, integrated 60‑minute strength session designed to complement your in‑person training at IPH.

This workout follows the same principles used in coached sessions: controlled loading, high‑quality movement, and long‑term joint health. It is not a max‑effort day and should be performed no more than once per week unless discussed.

This program is intended for current IPH clients only.
