Train to Thrive

Foundations Coaching
A guided next step after the Foundations Reset

You’ve completed the Foundations Reset.
You’ve improved awareness, control, and movement quality.

For some people, that’s enough to continue independently.

For others, the next question becomes:

“How do I progress without guessing or aggravating my body?”

That’s where Foundations Coaching fits.

What Foundations Coaching Is

Foundations Coaching is a short, guided coaching phase designed to help you:

  • Build on what you’ve already started

  • Train around injuries or limitations intelligently

  • Remove uncertainty from your programming

  • Gain confidence in how to progress safely

This is not a long-term commitment.
It’s clarity and direction — nothing more.

What This Is Not

  • Not a generic program

  • Not a high-volume workout plan

  • Not daily messaging or constant check-ins

  • Not a replacement for long-term coaching

This phase exists to help you decide what you actually need next.

What You’ll Get

Duration: 14 days

Included:

  • A short intake to understand your body, history, and goals

  • A customized training structure built around your limitations

  • Clear guidance on volume, intensity, and progression

  • Mobility and stability work specific to you

  • One structured check-in to adjust and clarify next steps

Everything is designed to be:

  • Sustainable

  • Injury-aware

  • Easy to follow

  • Aligned with long-term health

This Is a Good Fit If You:

  • Feel better after the reset but still feel unsure how to progress

  • Have a history of injuries or recurring pain

  • Want structure without being overwhelmed

  • Prefer thoughtful coaching over intensity for intensity’s sake

If you already know exactly how to move forward on your own, this step may not be necessary.

No contracts.
No upsells.
No pressure.

This is simply the next layer of guidance if you want it.

If this feels like the right next step, great.

If not, continue using what you’ve learned and move forward confidently.

Either way, the goal is the same:
training that supports your life, not competes with it.
